Touching Lives Center, Inc was founded by Carl Speller in January 2006. The organization first opened it's doors in Wake County with 7 clients and has since expanded to Durham County. Our primary focus was initiated to create services that would address the previously unmet needs for individuals living with HIV/AIDS within the community.
